Udochi Okeke is a Clinical Psychology graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a passion for technology and a vision of a diverse and progressive future where languages, stories and symbols from around the world will mutually contribute to the technological landscape and advancement of mankind. She is also the cofounder of Mmuta Di Uto which is dedicated to making Igbo learning fun with songs, stories and vibrant cartoons.

Dr. Chinwe Okeagu is a retina specialist and dedicated advocate for the preservation and celebration of Igbo language and culture. As a member of the Express Igbo Executive Board, she is committed to fostering community, cultural pride, and intergenerational connections among Igbo people worldwide. Dr. Okeagu brings her passion for education and mentorship to the board, working to ensure that the richness of Igbo heritage continues to thrive for future generations.

Leads in program strategy for media brand development and storytelling initiatives focused on cultural preservation and language revitalization.
Partner with program and development leaders to oversee and integrate technology platforms and operational solutions.
PAYMAN AZADI
Treasurer
Payman Azadi is a first generation Iranian American who was born, raised and currently lives in Maryland. He currently works as a Senior Accountant at Saggar and Rosenberg, P.C. He is passionate about service and considers it to be a core tenant of his faith. He is passionate about history and learning about different cultures. He was introduced to ExpressIgbo through his wife. Since then, he helped in the grant writing process before officially joining the board. He is excited and committed to the work of Express Igbo and is happy that he can use his skill sets in accounting to support the team. He is also looking forward to Express Igbo's beginner class so that his entire family will be multilingual.

I'm a first generation Igbo man born and raised in Washington, DC! Growing up, I was blessed to be surrounded by a Nigerian community. I love our people, history and influential culture. Now, being part of Express Igbo is giving me a chance to give that sense of community to ours.
